You could try to email the Queensland Department of Transport and Mains Road to see if they have archive images of registration label's, they may have them or know of any organisations that could help you.

Thanks for the suggestion, Trevor. Unfortunately, the Department don't have a record and other likely institutions and organisations (State Archives, State Library, Qld Museum, regional museums, RACQ, collectors groups, etc., etc.) have not been able to help, either. I keep believing someone out there must have something! Thanks again.

Thanks for the suggestion, Trevor. I contacted them in May because I saw the '55 sticker on their website. Unfortunately, that's the earliest one they have in stock. Thanks again.
