it is a good looking interior, hopefully the quality of materials is up to scratch.
the only gripe so far is the auto shifter, too big and i don't like the 3 2 1 after D. Only decent thing about the BA one.

BTW: went for a ride in a VT exec the other day, Holy Shat, what a rickerty old tin can those things are!! Compared to the BA they feel like a baked bean tin! No wonder they are so quick with an LS1 in them, they are so llight and flimsy!
actually the VT wasnt all that light - sure the VY and onwards was heavier but the VT was renoun for being a bit of a fat bum.

i agree, the spy shots of the shifter are that of VR/VS days and are absolutely shocking.

Not such a bad idea to keep the 4 speeder in the base model, specially with all the upgrades it has had done to it now, when teamed up to the 6.0 it has gone through some massive upgrades and apparently is pretty good now.

As was quoted by holden the 5 and 6 speed autos are to expensive for the base model, and keeping the costs down for fleet purchases is a MASSIVE thing, it will already be two grand more than the BF, don't need it to be more!

'm sure eventually maybe by the next model or series 2 they will phase out the 4 speed as the 5 or 6's become cheaper, or up to some better agreement.
