I've only just heard someone mention this, anybody know anything about it?

National Code Of Practice for light vehicle construction and modification

apparently there are a few changes being made to this, here is a link i found that has the proposed changes in light blue.

take a look at the section for suspension and steering. No wheel or suspension mods are allowed on cars with ESC.

what do you all think? doesn't sound too promising at all.
