Default Gearbox removal

My 2007 TDCI Manual Focus has a bad whine coming from the gearbox, 2 questions I have: Does the gearbox come out without the removal of the engine and does the workshop manual cover removal and repair?
Thanks Jad

When you're done, I see there is a few unhappy with these boxes, I notice Mainlube is finding it's way here.

I have quite a few small tuners / garages are purchasing this product to on sell their customers, when I googled how much oil they take I found quite a few on the Focus forums using Mainlube in this application, was the first I'd heard of it.

Cheers

Steve
