personally I think stripes down the side look cheap - I also think the stripes up over the car like the suzukis or minis are also average and run-of-the-mill. You want a car to stand out - not look like every other car on the road.
Of course this is my personal opinion and what you decide to do to your car is your choice. If we keep our ute then I'm going to insist we get some mods done to the ute that make it stand out.
