Default Speed expert slams reduced tolerances

Noticed this on the front page of Adelaide's advertiser today. Probably fair to say it reaffirms a lot of the comments put forward on these very forums.

No its not, its about saving lives !!!! if you believe that then you are crazy. It is always about revenue raising, its about time the pollies stopped treating motorists like idiots and mobile tax collectors....
