That is a sensational article - It goes to show I guess - all the planning in the world does not beat pure raw speed.............

How totally insane is that guy (not as in speeding) but as in how obsessed he got, and the german police uniforms, handcuffs ect. lol.
I wish we could detect our police with the crazy jammers/scanners ect. he was using...alas for lasers.
