Growler intake in au XR8?

Hi everyone, just wandering wat others think about tryin to fit the ba/bf growler kit from ss inductions on an AU XR8?

you reckon it could be done or wat?

SS intakes aren't the best value for money. I'd go either a G&D airbox or try a PM to Whoosha for one of the arcon plastics airboxes.

The shape and slope the bonnet means it wont work very well, as Russ said you're better off to get one that is purpose designed for the AU.

Would it be possible for somone to buy me a G&D airbox and i give them the money? Is there a G&D person on this site? I've tried to contact them but no luck...

There is a link in the site sponsors section of AFF. Or you could post up a thread in their Site forums.

Might be worth calling Bluepower to see if they have an airbox too.

I spoke to Chris last week and he reckons the AU airbox is nearing completion.
