What trans and diff ratio you running? Does 'good grip' mean slicks?

it would be a safer (more cost effective) choice. just make sure your driveline is up to the task.

good luck with it though, let us know how you go.

The manual trans/3.7 combo should run flat 12'ish, providing traction is ok.

12s not a issue, know of a XY, 2 XTs running standard toploaders and 3.5s all in the mid to high 12s with less than 380rwhp and a XW with 393, toploader and 3.5s 382rwhp on 205 streetrs running 12.4

one of the XTs

another XT

Make sure you give her plenty of revs out the hole! Those slicks can bring the revs down real quick if you go too easy ;)

Which track you going to?

My ZC Fairlane has 375rwhp and runs 11.53. It has 4.11's and a 4500rpm high stall. I was using M/T street radials too. You'll probably run a high 11 or low 12 with the diff ratio you have like everyone has stated. Good luck and have fun with it.

In my XY with 360rwhp I ran 11.9 @ 116MPH on 225 street tyres.

Drive line is a 4500rpm convertor, C6 Auto and 3:55 9".
