Default How loud

Hey guys going to the exhaust shop for a quote tommorow for my xr8 ute to get a cat back exhust made up.

I'll either rum 2.25inch pipes or 2.5 inch depends wether they do madrel bends.

But what i'd really like to know is what type of muffler/resonator to fit i wanna give the car a bit of a note at this time while i decide which direction i want to go with for the engine so what type of mufflers are you guys running so that your car isn't too loud but still has good flow and not too noisy.

I've got 2 2.5 inch setup on my au 3 xr8, had to get made up as they are very hard to find off the shelf, with a lukey muffler on each pipe. has a awesome windsor note it's loud but not too loud

I dont mate but im sure I can get the camera out on the weekend for you. i'll just have to look up the best way to post it up here. I'd do it earlier but work stupid hours and only really get the car out on weekends. (trying to keep it clean for all ford day)

Had the exhaust done about 2months ago, im very very pleased with the note and noticed a slight improvement in performance (over the standard system)
