Default Good Panel Beaters in Nth Sydney

G'day guys,

I need a recommendation for a good panel beater (at a reasonable price) in North Sydney. I drive a LS Focus and I umm.... nudged a bumper with my left rear corner.

As a result, the body (not bumper) is dented slightly in an egg shape. Probably about 5cm deep, 15cm long and 10cm high.

I'm hoping its not going to be too expensive. So if anyone can recommend me a shop and if you have any idea how much it might cost, that would be greatly appreciated.
