I dont believe that you can get new tags made up. I think the only thing that you can do is to ask the Traffic authorities/Police and see what they say.

For starters If the Vin ends in C it was never a factory 351, it was a 6cyl, you can't get new plates, the RTA or Poice have to issue you with Police numbers instead.

how do i go about that? do i have to get an engineer or something?
and i suppose they will charge me for it lol
just out of curiosity, what does it end with if its a 351?
will that cause trouble later on with the police? id imagine they would just cause it has a clevo in it in the first place...

Depending on what state you're in it will need to get an engineering inspection, as it was a factory 6 it will need an engineers certificate if you fit an 8 to it as well.

That's actually quite illegal... you can't legally remove or affix a vin plate from or to a vehicle... if you get caught its a pretty hefty fine..
If your car is missing its Compliance plate you need to get police numbers issued to the vehicle.
