Usually only one output dies ie missing on one pot. If this is the case try removing plug leads one at a time, start the car and determine which one makes no difference. This will be the dead output from the coil pack (you've obviously checked your leads already?) Next get a large screwdriver that will fit into the free end of the removed plug lead and place it somewhere safe. Start the engine and hold the screwdriver by the handle and place the shank near some body work or the engine and if it's dead there will be no spark. If there is it will be quite a decent spark. Don't get youself across the output cause there is a lot of energy in the spark and you will know all about it!. Also don't drive the car any distance with one pot missing as it will fill the catalytic converter up with unburnt fuel which will cause it to suddenly get extremely hot and can destroy it.
