ha,
I was seriously thinking about driving it home
but i just got done by a stubborn ***** of a cop for driving it there
I am out on Queens road, Logan if any of you guys know about it, it is infested with cops

Like atm I got 450 just for the fine for driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle, plus others

I am a bit paranoid of driving it home :(

cheers

Its NOT illegal here in NSW to drive an unregistered vehicle for the purpose of repairs. You can't get an unregistered vehicle permit IF its unroadworthy BUT you can drive it to a repairer so long as its not 'failed-dangerous not to be driven'

yeah but, toowoomba is in qld, queenslanders' aren't that privileged.

in queensland, you need to go to 3 different places, for like, insurance, temp reg.. and something else, which i happen to forget.

*unless it's changed since 3 weeks ago, sigh

At least they get subsidised fuel. Having to take my car for an annual rego inspection is a pain in the butt.

If you are a member of the RACQ, could have you got it towed for nothing if under a certain number of kms? I think here in Adelaide with the RAA it's 12kms for free.
