How is an NSX a ricer car?

I think people still do not understand the definition of what a 'ricer' car is..

Seems you might get a bargain outa this one then!! I hate people who dont look after what they have. NSX thru work a few weeks ago, unloading it and i could tell it had a hard life. Nice knock and a misfire on at least 2 cyl. Brilliant cars, sifnt have her perfect.
