Default what makes a good buy?

i have been ringing this bloke about an xa gt replica hardtop.he had it in last weeks paper.i rang him on sunday and it still was there(not sold)so i asked if they could send photos.i rang up monday night and they said 2 lots of people where looking at it(1 from cairns and 1 from townsville)so i thought it would have been sold(20 g's asking).so on the 1 off i rang on wednesday,it is still there.i asked for photos again.the bloke said he had tossers looking at it.seems to me his abit of a himself.and he would send me photos.his first asking price was $22000 then when i rang him again mhe said it was $25000 because of all the tossers. he also said if he dont sell it he will garadge it for later.the whole point of selling this hardtop is so his missus can get an xp 2 door.

is it worth driving 12 hours for or would it have been snapped up already if it was a good deal.
thanks luke

He sounds like a to be honest, even god himself shouldn't be able to jack up a advertised price.

Has he given the photos to you?

That is the most ridiculous thing I've heard raising the price by three grand because people don't agree with him on the price, if you do end up looking at the car you should check the car thoroughly go over it with a fine toooth comb before you hand any cash over.

theres no way id drive 12 hours for a car that the owner cant send pics of and keeps jacking up the price. I think if it was a good deal it would be gone already.
