as for the topic of this thread, where he did it was wrong could half understand a industural area or disused road away from prying eyes but suburban street is really not the place, having said that 7 months down the track.... FFS we are talking about a black mark on a bit of bitumen here not rape/assult/fraud... and id be very suprised if it was HIS black marks 7 months on.....as others have said, he should have kept his mouth shut.
He could have done it anywhere but he still posted it on Youtube!!

For the fear of reprisal, I wont even put footage of my mates and i doing burnouts from past competition's, where it can be done "legally". 1 coz i dont have video editing equipment to remove our No. Plates and 2 why give the law or anyone for that matter a leg to stand on.

If your silly enough to post videos of yourself doing something illegal on YouTube then you deserve what you get in my opinion...

There are so many videos on there of cars bearing legible numberplates doing burnouts etc...

Thats the key dont do it in a residential area, go out the back, no houses, no traffic no worries...
Still I think the hoon laws are BS especially when the tyres can accidently haze by simply rolling on the throttle, not that I would ever do such a thing, It's illegal and apparently worse than murder......

Well I've always believed honesty is the best policy, and i at least trust to a certain extent that the person involved is a decent person at heart. Admitting to police that you were dropping skids isn't something easy to do. I know this. Either way, it is illegal and not very bright BUT if you are going to do it.... theres a time and place... and don't bloody tape yourself!

Shows just how much of these new rules/regulations/media campaigns etc. etc are working to redeuce this behaviour.
