Default convoy for kids 31-7-05 ( NOT DIAL UP FRIENDLY)

today i participated in the convoy for kids. htere was a huge turnout ~200 trucks did the scrub and bath to attend today and take the kids out for a run while in the process of raising just over $20 000 for the asthma foundation.

the convoy started at BP in kewdale and completey filled the truck bay. at the convoy start there was airhorns blasting like crazy, even mine Smile as we turned onto abernethy rd. we had police escort all the way on the convoy green lights all the way as we headed up and turned onto leach hwy then onto orong rd. then it was the long haul as all off us tried to squeeze into the burswood dome carparks up the back.

then it was time to go into the big rigs at the dome, once we got parked Smile, and have a look through all the big rigs inside, trade displays and watched the entertainment for the kids. even fleez (gf) had a really good day especially considering it wasn't what she wanted to do for her b'day, and put in her request my my boss to get me a constellation - she really liked this truck hey :1syellow1

really looking forward to next years but any way here are some pics for you guys

Theres some nice rigs in there. Looks like a good day would have been had.
I saw in there a truck with a set of L plates on it.
