Sunday 20th February 2011 at the Deakin University, Sports Grounds, Waurn Ponds, Geelong.

Our Forum will have a display if there is enough interest, we need 20 to 25 cars and you must be 100% committed if you’re putting your name down, all entrants in our display will have to prepay with the Kiwanis All Ford Day administration.

Do not prepay until we have at least 20 cars on our list, the response last year was ordinary and if can’t manage 20 committed members by the end of December then I won’t be booking the site.

You don’t need a show car; any Ford is fine your car needs to be presented in a clean and tidy condition, one color.

List your name if you want to be involved in the Forum display and a Mod or Admin will add you to the list.

Entry and Registration
The 20th Annual Kiwanis Club of Geelong All Ford Day will be held on Sunday 20 February 2011 at Deakin University, Waurn Ponds, Geelong.
• The All Ford Day Committee has a pre-registration and payment system for all show cars. Last year approximately 650 cars preregistered. These cars had quicker and more streamlined entry to the site as there was no collection of money or judging forms on entry to the show car arena.
• The show car arena has a capacity of 1200 vehicles.
• All preregistered cars will have direct access to the show car arena.
• All cars to be judged must preregister.
• Any cars entering on the day will be for show only and will not be judged.
• Car clubs must preregister all cars to be located on their club site.
• All preregistered cars will receive email notification of receipt of registration form and payment.
• After preregistration closing date all preregistered cars will receive an entrant sticker by mail.
• Entry to show car arena will open at 7:00 am.
• All cars to be judged must be on the show car arena by 9:30 am.
• All display only cars to be on the show car arena by 10:00 am.
• Due to Public Liability and OH&S requirements there is to be no movement of vehicles within the main show car arena from 10 am til 2:30pm

20th Anniversary Special, Pre 50’s Vehicles - $10.00
