My Navman S300T has the traffic channel updates etc. I think it is fairly useless.

How frequently do they update the information? Hopefully it's from a different source than the so-called traffic helicopters. They sometimes report lengthy delays due to accidents on the route I'm about to take to work, and I decide to go that way anyway. Happened to me yesterday: "accident in airport tunnel, traffic backed up through Brighton". I went the way because I didn't really have a choice and it was close to the best run ever!

Not sure if I would order one
it sounds like all the radio traffic reports from Yellow cabs always half an hour out of date at least EG 8.15 am accident at so and so road drive through at 16 past and the towies have already left it seems every one is like that another EG Chopper dave said no worries in Ipswich road and 5 minutes later the traffic report from the cab co said all hell is breaking loose because of and accident and there is a 20 minute delay so make up your own mind |
