Best of my knowledge is that at a servo, if there is a truck filling section, they will have high flow pumps fitted that basically pump at double the rate of a normal bowser. As for different types of diesel, I don't know.

Yep as far as I know it's all the same, as my father in law's a trucky and sometimes he lets me steal some diesel out of his tanks.

The latest low sulphur diesel is causing havoc in some older diesel injection pumps and components. It is causing nitrile seals to shrink causing heaps of problems, older Cummins are having heaps of probs.

The excise the thieves in Canberra charge heavy transport/mining and the rest of us is the only difference.
Some Servo's have installed hi flow pumps for trucks and these have a habit of allowing a bit of back flush when the tank is full. Needless to say, "Xavier gets very upset when there is a fuel spill on the Audi Q7" so Servo's put up signs saying trucks only to stop the complaints. Additionally, the Muppet in the Q7 is also likely to decide it's the right time to visit Subway for a foot long or peruse the newspaper section and the poor truckie who’s carrying the weight of the nation on his back will get frustrated and may even decide to do a bit of touch parking on the Audi….
