Of course a lot of what you say is fine and to be expected, but also some of the mindless cheer leading is just really quite pathetic and is just someone justifying their purchase to themselves and others. Personally, I find this type of thing contributes nothing to a forum. But, that is just my opinion.

So those who want to hijack every thread and bag Ford add to the Forum?

And...........I think the suggestion that I'm here justifying my purchases to others or even myself is pathetic.

Technical Contributor: For members who share their technical expertise. - Issue reason: Trev has owned several boosted fords and has really contributed a lot of info on them. His posts in the bike section are also very helpful. I think he should be recognised as a technical contributor.

I don't really see people doing much of that (hijacking all the time to be negative or attacking the product) to be honest, but then again I don't see everything through the rose tinted glasses that makes me think my Fords are the greatest piece of engineering ever to turn a wheel on earth, so I take things as I see them, rather than see someone saying something negative as an attack on my manhood.

And I was not addressing you directly, as I can't even remember seeing anything you have posted. But again, you take it as a personal attack. Or perhaps you are a mindless sheep-like cheerleader, or not, I don't know, can't remember really seeing your posts. And my posts had no particular targets in mind as to a particular username or personality etc.

So you would rather just generalise by saying that members here are pathetic, moronic and childish ..... ?

no one is expected to sugar coat ford, but the constant bagging by self appointed know-it-alls is a sad and pathetic way to conduct one-self

i think the biggest problem is this and past goverments, when i was young all the gov cars were ford or holden, today they buy imports. taxi's were majority fords and the rest holden, now imports. most people drove ford and holdens now there majority imports. the car industry was protected with tariffs and gov buying but today the gov wont even buy them and the tariffs are no longer there. taxs have risen so much since i started working and the only reason we have high wages is to cover the tax's we pay i mean try and think of somethin we dont pay tax on. this gov only seems worried about gettin as much as they can without a revolt and then the state gov's and councils try to get the rest.they dont care where stuff you buy is made as long as they get there cut. end of my drivel

My post..April V Facts isn't me, its cut and paste.. I added Falcon !!!! as sales aren't good. Ford really needs to sort out the dealerships.\
eg..Wife and I went to a Euro car dealer, yesterday, was offered a coffee or tea on entering. Left with car info about half a centremetre thick, since then, We have had, an email and two sms's asking if need any more info etc.
Local Ford dealer on enquiring about a Focus Titanium...sounds of silence...sales person hasn't done any follow up...etc..
So, its not a case bagging Ford for the fun of it, just the sheer frustration that FORD doesn't seem to care about what the FORD/dealers are doing...
Because of how the wife and I were treated by the Euro car dealer, we are now interested in their car and the Focus is off the radar...
So, people have their opinions and if only positive comments are posted here, it would be a boring site. I like reading different peoples opinions.
Off the Soap Box...
you should listen to what you are saying...you dont care what the product is but who the idiot is who u see before u buy the car. One bad experience and your straight out the door...and YOU loose out because your intimidated by a salesmans incompetance and u now wont get the best car in its class. When u go home ull now have the second or third best in class in the drivway day in day out ......i really dont get people

1TUFFUTE what I was looking at runs rings around the Focus Titanium..sure its more expensive but salesman was genuinely interested in my questions...showed me how the car was built, how the entertainment system etc worked,, not like the Ford salesman..
