On the other hand - a french chap operates a silicon molding factory in China, now - with growing Chinese wages and government fee's and whatnot rising, reckons its approaching a situation where is next factory will likely be back in his native France. Greece - no chance yet for business, waaay too much government red tape to open even a small bookshop with sit-down coffee; some 17 tiers of GovCo agencies to go through in order to get the go ahead, and costly, means its too hard to bother. (CNBC's Greek Tragedy program).
