As far as I'm concerned the XR5/ST is the current "hero" car in the Focus line up.

Regardless of how well it does in Australia, it will always sell in limited numbers here in New Zealand. Ford should bring the car in anyway to stimulate interest in the rather stale NZ Focus lineup.
