Not a bad idea, the surface would get scorched and turned to rubble in no time though ;p

From scratch, between $200,000 and $500,000 per Km.

Brilliant road for a big sports bike. Doesn't look like they've got those deadly little reflective things on the lines that we have here either. Gold.

Thats the idea! Old fat muscle! No other way to drive! Cornering might be a little average!
For something completely different, I'd like an Arial Atom and see how that handles the bends.....hoping its bottom end grunt would cope with the hills.

Since some of us are dreaming about driving this road it might as well be in a Bugatti Veyron EB16.4. Damn its a mean car.....

That concrete barrier kind of takes a little away from it, it'd be like driving in a concrete car park. I wonder how much of a view you get from car level. Hmm, maybe that's the reason why they built it like that, it'd make you concentrate on the road and not the scenery!

Wish some of our roads were built to the same standard though...

I remember seeing on Top Gear that road that Jeremy Clarkson gives the Audi RS6 everything on .... I am sure it was the RS6 .... he had to beat the mountain climbers to the top of the summit .... but it was a 2 hour drive (thrash more like it).

Now that was a top driving road ... at least you get the most fun out of it ... whereas this road mentioned here is only 7.3 miles long (well ... not long really.)
