Fairlane is the superior drive. Unless you need to carry a heap of stuff.

Do you have any reason to have a panel van?

Two very different cars...

What are your actual needs? Wants?

Xh probably be the rarer of the two.

Buy both and make an awesome pano...

There's always a reason to own a panel van.

Hm..
Funny how trolls only come out once, and not respond the next day with 'thank you for advice' and so on,

What about a little modern car, one that has airbags, can connect to your phone, uses half the amount of fuel, don't break down, has parts available etc.
Wouldn't 99 out of 100 young first drivers worry about fuel cost?

How can someone state 'fuel doesn't matter', unless they were an old internet troll, and why would they suggest a car model that existed 20 - 30 years ago.

Don't feed trolls, not many reasons to respond further to these posts
So, unless Harry123 immediately comments why he wants a vintage first car then clearly this just wasted our time

Well, it did appear slightly more fair dinkum than a first post of “Scrunch or Fold” polling.

I sort of presumed it was an existing member on the turps.

I see that those thinking that new member HarryLundo was trolling are somewhat slow with their apologies as well

To me, trolling includes being a four asterisk, or at the least a rod polisher.

Harry, if you would have bought both, the project you could be working on now would be a nice XH Ford panel van with the luxuries of a Fairmont Ghia, powered by a V8.
