Does this not relate to the Bathurst 1000 last year where a sponsor attacked Michael Patrizi? Crossed threads?

I think he means he looked in the pits to find out who finished 13th and it was Van Gisbergen.

If the story is true it may take a while to come out in the news.

Yeah I googled it last night when I first read the thread and nothing came up. If he's been hospitalised he's most likely been admitted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital. I hope that this rumour can be either confirmed or denied.

Geez... not 1 skeric of info or fact, not even any gossip elsewhere... maybe it would have been better to wait for some actual info before starting this?

Has anyone else heard that Shnozz Skaife has had emergency Rhinoplasy so for the next round he can be closer to the microphone.

Shane had sponsor commitments on Monday morning and then he spent Monday afternoon at the pits with his team. SBR prepared the cars on Monday ready for this coming weekend in Melbourne.

Shane flew to Melbourne yesterday morning, so he can't be too bad if he did get bashed. He certainly hasn't mentioned it at all this week.

Cheers
John
