Well apart fro the fact he chopped up a lambo :
I honestly dont mind the finished product except from the rear side profile i think looks quite good. |

I think it looks great, hey it's no different to some of the wild projects on here, albeit on a much bigger budget obviously. To each his own I say, finished product could be better without those stripes I think.

Goes to show you why they offer factory options.
At Ford dealership shopping for a new car. Customer: Can I have this Mustang in 4WD? Sales Person: No, sorry you cannot. C: Ok, can I have it with a rear mount V10 and flappy paddle gearbox? SP: No. You cannot. C: Really... I'd like to see that. SP: Well sir, you are more than welcome to make one. C: I will. SP: LOL 6 months pass and the original customer returns and thus this thread has gained legs all around the world.

I think it would have been fine if they kept the mastang rear end on it. But overall I like it, just for the total insane factor of it.

Awesome Mustang (if you can call it that)
It's everything Ford should have done, plus some.

Lambo = AWD Mid Mount Engine The work is nothing short of incredible. And agreed that the rear looks a little strange... though if that had the 'stang look, how else would you know it was based on a LAMBO? Certainly a one off... I'd love to see reactions at a car show, or at a drag strip... Redneck = Wicked Mustang, I love candy apple red. Whats all that shiny stuff in the back seat : LambStang= Its a Lamborghini, and that would be the V10. Redneck = Nah, its a Mustang... And someone has left some spares in your back seat... LambStang= Hey look someone is handing out free beer !!! :togo: And so it goes on....

That's one of the most insane rebuilds Ive ever seen.
Agreed the back end treatment is a bit off, but damn, the rest of it aint too bad! Rear mounted V10, AWD and those brakes, that suspension, in a Mustang. She'd go!

Ummmm.... I dont see any pictures there showing a Lambo being chopped up...
Hes pulled the engine out of it and put it in a mustang. So he still has the Lambo body in one piece... and a chopped up mustang.

Its a glorified engine swap.... it woulda been better to find a wrecked Lambo to pull the engine out of.
So the headline in the orginating thread is wrong.... A tool and his money is soon parted. If he is that rich he coulda bought and an engine from the factory surely?

I think if it wasn't a lambo in the first place, then people really wouldn't care. Takes some balls to do it. Any of us would dream to own a lambo, and a mustang, but combining the two?
I don't mind it. It's certainly an interesting project to undertake. |

hmm not too bad, its definitely unique, rear is the only turn off in my opinion. A lot of time and money has obviously gone into that!!
