Default The Latest in Spark Plug Technology

these have been around for a few years now, but thought those that haven't seen it might find it interesting. does it work and do what they say? i don't think it's 100% proven, though it's an interesting read. http://www.stangtv.com/tech-stories/...-with-pulstar/

I read an article in the latest EVO mag about a new type of plug..something about the current ones not being super efficient and not igniting everything in the chamber quick enough.

Interesting, ill try and find it.

they claim 10% increase in power & torque, 12% fuel economy. what is proven or not i don't know. i remember seeing somewhere them being tested, the cars/bikes only picked up a couple hp.

interesting, the pic showing the concentrated spark/flame above the the plug? i`m just thinking hot spot on the piston crown, it will be interesting to see how they go with the test of time.

Still a couple of HP for something so easily changed is great. I'd love to see the difference between a big HP car tuned with normal plugs and these - Do it Pras! hehe

ummmm yeah, nah! was like 1-2hp i wouldn't risk it

i thought i was silly wanting to run Brisk plugs, now i have heard MMR have been testing them in the 10.5 and Top Doorslammer cars, they reckon they are the way to go. Brisk even good for NA, the quickest NA Coyote in the world uses the Brisk plugs, runs 9.9@137.
