Default Tuff car parts...wow!!!!

Howdy Folks, I just wish to tell you about my recent dealings with Justin at Tuff Car Parts. I have a BA GT-P and was wanting a catback exhaust so asked them for a price being that they are sponsors on this fine forum, Justin got back to me promptly with a very good price on a Quad Catback system with 4 nice chrome tips so i ordered it and sat back expecting to wait a week or so for it to get delivered,Hmm a day and a half later the courier arrived with a large box for me, awesome, that was fast. I rang around a few exhaust fitters to try and find one that could get the job done but i couldn't find anyone that could fit me in in the next few weeks so i decided to do it myself, not a problem if i could get the car up far enough to get the pipe over the diff. Opened the box and had a look and to my dismay discovered that the two rear mufflers were quite different, didn't match at all, oh, here we go i thought. I got back to Justin through PM on this forum figuring i would be waiting a while for a reply but he got back to me within half an hour, wanted me to take some pics of the problem and send them to him so off i go, laid the whole setup out and took some pics and sent them on thinking i hope this isn't going to turn into a nightmare.Well within half an hour Justin was on the phone to me, He was as amazed as i was at the problem and so apologetic. He told me that he would get a new system up to me asap and how's this. He was going to arrange for the setup to be fitted for me with a very good contact that he has and all for free!!! Couldn't believe it. I have just come back from getting the exhaust fitted and i must say that the X Force quad catback system looks and sounds just amazing.
Didn't think that anyone was giving this sort of service any more but i was very pleasantly surprised.
Thank you TUFF CAR PARTS, you've certainly got me for a customer again.
Cheers
Ed

Yeah Justin's brilliant. Ordered a fair few stuff from him and if ever there's been an issue - he's fixed it without any expense to me.

I've ordered lots of stuff from him, he is excellent to deal with, he even gave me some advice about the exhaust on my Falcon and pointed me in the direction I actually wanted, rather than trying to sell me what he could get easily.

Justin has the best customer service of any business I have dealt with.
