The little garden section near the tv aerial? is a nice touch , not really the ritz but , probably does the job, i went on a working holiday years ago living out of a medium wheel base g60h nissan patrol, had an absolute ball, camped near rivers, the ocean or pretty much anywhere i wanted, i envy this bloke.

I'm willing to bet he'd have many great stories to share if he lives in that thing permanently.

Got to take your hat off to anyone that is that care free.

I'm actually a bit jealous ...not of the vehicle of choice, but more the fact they he/they are living their dream !

Not if you do one of the traditional VW mods and put a worked Subaru boxer in it...I've even seen one with a WRX turbo engine.

...or a Porsche flat six...seen that too in years past...

The WRX is quite popular with the VW set.

There is also a member on here that has a Kombi with a Leyland V8 in the back!

Yes, I saw a Kombi many years ago with an alloy V8 in the back...a 4.4ltr P76 engine I think. Awesome...

You've got a little sliver of ice in your heart if you wouldn't smile at the idea of a fully decked out Kombi as a fun car for the weekend....preferably with the Safari windows at the front and a wooden long board on the roof...
