Been seeing a lot of cars stopped on the freeway emergency lane in Vic's west with what looks like a blue piece of paper with a white x on the back window or whatever.
What are these things? Are they testing speed camera locations? Or is it saying cops have checked the car and to tow it? No idea. |

Have noticed a few cars just left on streets to be towed away. Cars must be getting disposable now.
