Ripped leather seats. how depressing. I love that black interior (and burgundy AU ghias)
Dented rear and scratches here and there... no thanks. May as well buy one for 12k & be happy with it. |

Ugh no thanks. How can people disrespect these cars that much!? Its often the second biggest purchase in a person's life.

What a disgrace to let a car go like that. I have a 99 AU1 Ghia with 89,000 ks and its in immaculate condition. The car was over $47,000 on the road new. So in under 6 years the car has lost $40,000 in value. buickman |

I think it is a good buy.
If you are not interested in looks and know where to find cheap parts that would be a great buy. |

For a project car, great price. Get that body damage fixed up. Repair the seats, good detail and clean up. I think its a pretty good buy. You could even buy and wreck it. parts surely would have to be worth more than the car. Depending on condition. Dash would fetch a bit. Interior, engine trans and a few other things.

Does anyone know if a sedan rear seat will fit a wagon? Probably not, hey. I could do with a nice fairmont interior in the wagon! Maybe I could just do a transplant into the XR!
